We all need to get a good night sleep to look and act at our best, lack of sleep can lead to all sorts of health issues, low mood and lack of concentration. To give you a helping hand towards getting that perfect night our aromatherapist, Jo from Bespoke Aroma, has created a range of products with two essential oil combinations, designed to aid restful sleep. All of the products are designed to help you to have more restful nights and brighter mornings.

Sleepy is a combination of bergamot, mandarin, lavender, frankincense and cedarwood and comes in beautiful blue frosted glass.

Dreamy blends geranium, lavender and orange in an exquisitely delicate, lavender coloured frosted glass.

Both have all of the eco-friendly credentials that we are known for, are vegan friendly and have no nasties. To get the best result layer up the powerful effects of your favourite aromatherapy blend leaving you delicately scented all. Start by soaking away the cares of the day with one of our bath salts and then applying face serum and cream and finally wrap yourself in the soothing cocoon of our luxuriously silky body crème.

Continue the journey with the heavenly relaxing effects of a spritz or two of pillow mist, remove the lid from your potpourri and place it on your nightstand turning your bedroom into a calming, tranquil and relaxing haven.

We also have pure essential oils that can be used to top up the effects of your potpourri or added to an electric diffuser or added to some water in one of our Katie Bentley oil/wax burners.
