We currently deliver to mainland UK including the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Please contact us directly for deliveries to Northern Ireland, EU countries and the rest of the world.

Unwanted Items
We hope and expect that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we will accept returns if the product is unused and undamaged. You must inform us within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty we will immediately replace the goods, but you must inform us by email within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Returning Goods
After you have contacted us we will provide you with the return address and shipping advice.
You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order.
If the goods are damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us as long as there proof of these costs.
Please pack your parcel with care. If you fail to do this and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt/proof of posting the parcel when you send it.
Unfortunately, we will not accept the return of items that have been used, this includes candles that have been lit and diffusers where the reeds have been inserted into the diffuser.
Please quote your name, date of purchase and invoice number in all correspondence.
When returning goods, please give a reason for their return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
